Beef roast with carrots and potatoes. Also caramelized red onions.

1. New England boiled dinner.

With corned beef, cabbage, carrots, turnip, potatoes and onions with home made yeast bread. So bland that I'll use my imagination to make believe that it is Michelin worthy. And then I'll add the mustard and horseradish and say life in "The Road," could be worse.

5. You can get Bacon at foodlreland.com which is what we would have

with potatoes and cabbage, instead of corned beef.

3. Chinese inspired meal

chicken parts marinated in soy, orange juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and black pepper. Cooking on a rack in the oven, being basted w/ the marinade from time to time.

Homemade fried rice w/ tons of veggies.
