What's for Dinner, Tues., Mar. 17, 2020

Beef roast with carrots and potatoes. Also caramelized red onions.

Pinto beans. These are cooked with a ham hock and served with little bits of the ham hock in it. Made from dried.

Pear crumble for dessert.

With corned beef, cabbage, carrots, turnip, potatoes and onions with home made yeast bread. So bland that I'll use my imagination to make believe that it is Michelin worthy. And then I'll add the mustard and horseradish and say life in "The Road," could be worse.

chicken parts marinated in soy, orange juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and black pepper. Cooking on a rack in the oven, being basted w/ the marinade from time to time.

Homemade fried rice w/ tons of veggies.
