My son is staying with us for a few days so we're making a big feast this morning:

Coffee, with or without creamer/milk
Orange juice
White toast with butter
Western omelet with sauce, peppers and cheddar cheese
More coffee

One good thing about this self-isolation is that the Landlady(!) is going crazy in the kitchen! We started stocking up several weeks ago so now we have to start eating the fresh food. Alas. (wink)

I made a big bread pudding with eggs, canned milk, dried French bread, stevia, cardamom, raisins and orange peal, kind of what I had around the house. We warmed it up and added a dollop of whipped cream........yummy way to use leftover bread and odds and ends.

I particularly like the raisins and orange (zest?).

I used fresh kale from my garden to make an omelette filling. I also sauteed garlic and red pepper, and put in fresh thyme, too. Half an oat-flax wrap, fried to crispy status. One Cara Cara orange half and a sliced kiwi. Ginger tea.
