What's for Dinner, Thurs., Mar. 19, 2020

Whitefish. It has a sauce made of mayo, herbs, garlic, and lemon juice. Along with it is slices of shallot and baby leek greens. Served room temp.

Cheese puffs.

Wilted spinach salad, which I am making. It has crumbled smoked bacon, shittakes, red onion, hardboiled egg slices, and the dressing is, of course, the bacon drippings, cider vinegar, and a sweetener (using agave).

The manufacturing company name Sujata, a subsidiary of General Mills India. Do this is an experiment.

I'm using ground chicken as the meat and as always for me, with onions.

I'll serve it over hot Jasmine rice and decafe hot tea.

Dad & Sis got the same thing. I was supposed to be cooking for Dad, Sis, Brother and Sister-in-Law. Bro and SIL decided that they shouldn't come up and bring any germs to Dad. I cooked all the food anyway, and Dad let me bring some home to Al so I don't have to cook a second meal tonight.
