What's for Dinner, Mon., May 11, 2020

Hamburgers and homemade french fries. The hamburger is a special kind but I can't remember the name. Brioche rolls. Lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, mayo.

Carrot cake and tea for dessert. The RG is putting peach brandy over my carrot cake.

Salad. Mug dessert of some kind, haven't decided yet.

I love Carrot Cake. It was my birthday cake of choice for many years...

Sunday, when I made sauce, I made A LOT of sauce. Most went into the freezer, but what wasn't frozen made for 2 meals--the ravioli on Sunday, and some spaghetti on Monday.

For dessert, we had homemade chocolate oatmeal cookies.
