What's For Breakfast Wednesday June 24?

A rude awakening of power saws just outside the window at 7:00:01 a.m.

Black Coffee
Toasted whole wheat English muffin with cream cheese/yogurt spread

======

FLFC decided he'd rather go OUT(!) and bark at birds than eat.

meant to push spell check but posted instead edited my post above

those buttons look alike, right?

I've lost 25 pounds on the diet. About a pound a week.

Waiting to see what my A1C is in a few weeks.The office canceled the blood draw six weeks ago and then wanted me to do my appointment online. The sole purpose of the appointment was to discuss the test results. SMDH

Edit to add: not testing at home. Decision on that will be made after the testing.

I'll have to make one myself and soon.

This a.m. I am having cold chamomile tea. It's sun tea I made yesterday.

I am craving a piece of toast with orange marmalade but reading upthread about the A1C is making me think twice. I don't have that problem but don't want to get it.

I am guessing that would be considered less traditional too.
