The RG is making steak. I'm going to do charred Brussels sprouts.
Grilled romaine. Have you ever had it? It's fabulous. Put goat cheese in the middle, yum. Put on the grill; olive oil vinaigrette to baste over it.
Dessert: Balsamic strawberries.
Grilled tuna steaks with grilled asparagus. Fresh ciabatta bread and a fresh salad from the greenhouse.
Klondike bars for dessert.

(1,568 posts)Potato gnocchi (cheated and bought it tonight to save time) topped with a sauté of Costcos rotisserie shredded chicken, black garlic, willow pioppino mushrooms and butter.
Threw together a quick fruit salad for a cool side.

I didn't make dessert, but we have a lot of fruit if we want something sweet later.
