What's for Dinner, Tues., June 20, 2020

Flounder filets, dipped in flour, then sauteed in butter.

Vegetable medley of broccoli rabe, parsnip strips, carrot strips, and tomato.

Dessert: blueberries in vanilla yogurt, sweetened with agave, over a donut. Toasted walnuts and mint strips over the top. Iced chamomile tea.

Salmon fillets poached in water with onion and lemon sprinkled with dill.

Wild rice pilaf

Hard rolls

Tossed green salad ... first romaine from my garden. 😀. With homemade Ranch dressing.

Glass of Chardonnay

Snickers ice cream bars for the guys.
