Well, this isn't exactly a summer menu, but we're having roasted lamb chops; also roasted cubed potatoes with rosemary, and corn with zucchini, sauteed in garlic and olive oil.
For dessert, cherries and shortbread cookies. Also putting out some chocolate covered almonds.
p.s. I wish the RG liked the grill a little better. At least our kitchen is in an isolated section of the house and we have a giant range fan that vents to the outside.
