I make my own lime and lemonade but never tried this. what makes mine "special" is I make it sort of double concentrated then cut it in half with carbonated water so it has a light sparkle.

this recipe will take it up even another notch...and useful for sorbet too!

"lemonade" made from the nasty crystal stuff that is artificially flavored and probably has essentially no real lemon of any sort in it.

I might consider making this. I'm sure I could cut the recipe in half, as a huge pitcher like that would be more than I'd probably finish.

and thought I was avoiding chemicals later on by squeezing lemons to mix with sugar and water for an all natural lemonade. But now I find out peels are where the flavor is.

Interesting recipe, but I think I'd rather see it in writing than listen to this guy.

I stayed with relatives near the State Fair Grounds in Indianapolis. We went every year, of course. Also parked cars on the lawn and driveway for a dollar or so, and one year the Scout troop were ushers at the main musical shows.

Three greatest memories:

The lemonade.

A completed USS Kearsarge model by Revell, in a large scale, nearly three feet long, that I took a run later at duplicating.

The smell of a vast hall full of pigs on a hot summer day.
