I have all sorts of paraphernalia. Bread board, bread bowl (for rising), French Bread/Baguette pans, loaf pans, baking stone, pizza peel, sourdough starter crock.

I make bread all the time and in the summer months when it was to hot to fire up the oven I made it on my grill.

I drilled a hole in the top of my grill and installed a grill thermometer. I tested the grill first to see if it would get to temp and adjusted my dial on the grill and placed a mark on the dial when the grill got to the temperature that I wanted. I baked the bread just as I would in the oven, but on one side with grill going on the other side.

Problem I would eat the whole loaf in a few days.. I don't have a gluten allergy but eating so much delicious bread kinda sorta gave me stomach problems. Stop the bread and I was fine...
I got a bit foggy in the brain also... Ok so once every couple of weeks should be fine for me.. YMMV
