I find that a hot bath with an ice pack on my head helps.

As for breakfast, I usually don’t, but I was up really early today, so kimchi scrambled eggs with a side of bacon.

to start the thread for us when you're not feeling well. I hope you get better soon, irisblue.

I made a burrito topped with red and green peppers that were in tomato sauce. Added grated cheddar cheese and used a low carb oat flax wrap.

Chopped apple and date with raspberry yogurt.

Ginger tea.

Pease porridge in the pot, 9 days olde. We had pea soup yesterday which means we're eating it again today. A couple of Nathan's Famous and a dollop of habanera sauce helps, but not much. Turkey for two tomorrow. Be still, my heart.
