Related: About this forumI've come up with a new 'critter deterrent' for my garden
The dead branch from a Corkscrew Willow. I figure it looks enough like a snake to give pause to any furry raiders that might want to breech the old, much in need of replacement section of garden fencing. (That's my VERY full pear tree, in the background.)

OP
This is proving to be a not so good tomato season, for me, so they're on their own

The squash isn't that great, either, but the peppers are abundant.
Fortunately, I haven't seen any groundhogs since early Spring. The feral cats are now living where the groundhogs were located, a couple of years ago. Another reason I'm so happy to feed Skittish, Spooky and the kittens.

They are very good, just not as many of them on the plants. It has gotten a little better in the last week or so.
