I have enough tomatoes for another batch of stewed tomaotes

I make them with sweet/green peppers and onion because I'd add those to most everything I make with them. Just saves time.

And a couple of hot days start tomorrow so hopefully I'll get enough Marinara and San Marzanos for another batch of Marinara sauce. Then I should be set for comfort food ingredients.

I just wish I had more faith in the weather and had planted some acorn and sweet dumpling squash. Oh well. I can get it at the Farmer's Market. Maybe next year.

The only thing that came through so-so, this year, are the sweet peppers. The chili peppers are going gangbusters but I've never had a bad year for them. I am getting a few and there's still time but there won't be enough for me to chop and freeze.

We have been making pizzas and soups with the bounty as well as giving a lot away. Peppers were paltry though. And third year in a row with NO cucumbers!
