This is Snuggles our oldest cat and JJ & Sassy, our youngest.

Snuggles is 18 years, 7 months old and Sassy, 4 months on 1-5-14. Snuggles is getting the heat from the computer and Sassy is using her as a pillow. She's really good with babies even though she's never had any.

JJ & Sassy asleep. He's about 1 hr. older than her. They had another brother and sister but they died from an URI at about 2 weeks old. Sassy and JJ have both been fighting the same thing off and on for just about their whole lives so far. We started a different treatment a couple of weeks ago and they seem to be doing better now. They still have a very good appetite and play like crazy so something is going right.

Here they are telling me that the plate behind them is empty.

They are going after my fingers while I type instead of getting them their food. Looks like I better get on the stick or I could be in trouble.

If I get off my duff I'll get the rest of the fur babies pics and stories posted. Since my health went south, things have slowed down a bit.

We are getting better. Sassy has another 8 days of antibiotics. This is the most intensive round yet and she is looking better than with other treatments.

Our furnace hasn't stopped running all day. I don't think it's shut off once. We live next to open fields so we get the wind no matter what direction.

Right now it's -11F with windchill -35F.

But... warmer than last night.

My health is going to be a long haul. Sassy's looking good. (See post to Auntie Bush)

I think the babies have helped keep my spirits up.

Such serenity. You are lucky to have three kitties who get along so well. They look great.

Less than 5 minutes before that they were tearing like little maniacs. Suddenly we noticed that it was quiet. My wife went looking and found them. In the corner of the couch on same blankets that they knocked down and messed up a few minutes before.

Just like any kid. Tearing like crazy one minute. The next...out like a light.

Snuggles is so good with them. As long as they don't play with her tail for to long, or get to rough with it.

I love that last photo where Sassy is trampling on Snuggles and she looks oblivious to it snoozing away. LOL!
