I think my wife put it very well when she said "Can you think of any other animal that prefers our company to even that of their own species?"

way, look, fleeting glace, expression and shape of my dog Tim who died when he was 18. My Tim was the greatest soul outside of my parents into whose eyes I ever looked. The depth of his great spirit was as vast as the universe and HE LOVED ME WITH ALL HE HAD, ALL HIS LIFE! Just a dog, I think not.

This dog is only missing my Tim's colors to be him. I do believe he is. He came back to me and saved me again. Anyone who says that never was LOVED by a dog. This dog was dropped at the pound without even his name. I took him, got him looked after, will get his teeth cleaned in a week and found a buddy just like my other Timmy. That wasn't a coincidence. That wasn't anything short of a miracle. I call dogs and cats miracles. That is what they are.

I have my Timmy back.
