Dog arrested for chasing cat

Such is the case for Toby, accused of a crime to which many canines are guilty.

Tuesday Whitehall Police on Facebook posted a photo of Toby, looking forlorn and pensive, sitting in the back of a squad car.
The caption, in Toby’s voice, says, “I got picked up by the cops after a run in with a cat. (It was a misunderstanding). If you could let my family know so they can bond me out.”
