The cuties met when Holly Walthers, founder of Leo Puppy Mill Survivor rescued Rex from a kill shelter y California, since no one else wanted to due to Rex’s degenerative myelopathy, which requires him to use a wheelchair to get around. Do not feel sorry for Rex tho, because his condition hasn’t slowed him down at all and he’s all smiles all the time, showing how to take on the challenges of life! However, don’t we all need a buddy?
