This long hair kitten captured us with her cuteness. I could send pictures, but I'm afraid you would try to steal her.
Her long hair holds the fleas long, and we are fighting them with our 3 short hairs. Cuteness none the less, we are in a flea fight again.
We bug bombed the house 2 times before she arrived, but I think the treatments are not working because of the long hair. There was a dog before she arrived, but no more. All 4 cats are indoors.
What a fight. Do you know of a defense against cuteness, so we keep our cats to 4, and do you have flea advice.

(6,078 posts)I have laminate floors in my house because of my pet population of 2 dogs, 2 new puppies, 2 indoor/outdoor cats and 2 new indoor kittens who will be indoor/outdoor once they get spay/neutered. We have always rescued fur babies and don't worry, I won't steal your new squee baby. I have enough of my own.

Wow, you don't even know me and you know me. But, I wouldn't steal her. I would just try and con you out of her.

(6,133 posts)She is ready to be queen. I didn't want to upset the balance, but she went from perfect long hair cuteness to a player in a short time. It's in her.

(17,276 posts)You need to put that on all the pets in the household. If you don't know it, it is a liquid that goes on the skin right behind the head (where they can't lick) and it kills all fleas who bite. Lasts for a month, so one or two months of treatment should do it.
It will also take care of ear mites at the same time, if there are any.

(9,821 posts)As for a defense against cuteness, I don't know of one. I have been a victim too many times to count. And you're right not to be too trusting. I have stolen cats in the past, although my current household came as strays or from the conventional method (animal shelter.)
