the vet gave him a liter of fluid, did blood work & urine. He seems to be doing better this am. He is laying next to me, purring.😀😸💞

Purring is always a good sign. Maybe he is saying Thank you for getting the vet's help? These pets are vitally important to our lives. My late husband always said "Never trust a man who does not like dogs" CATS should be added, too. They are family, just like a child is.
