They discovered a tumor at the back of her throat. We have to wait 4-5 days for the lab test to come back to find out if it is benign or not. Mrs. Stonepounder and I are having a really hard time tonight.

Two weeks ago, I lost my sweet and loving Boston Terrier. He was just 10 days shy of his 14th birthday. I miss him so much.

They take up a big space in your heart

All you can do is to try and make them happy and make their lives peaceful.

they do not have long lives and sometimes we get them late in life. I counted our little graves last month and it was almost 30. But, you know what? Each and every one of them enriched our lives and we will continue to take them in as long as we live.
All you can do is love them and let them know you care. All of our furries are the most wonderful beings and deserve ALL our love.
Thank you for loving Majik and taking care of him.

When my other little girl died 10 days before Christmas I was so devastated that I skipped Christmas completely. The only thing that makes me feel better is that this time I will be going soon too and that is fine by me as long as I am not up pain (my disease is very painful and requires expensive surgeries until I die). Knowing that we will sort of be going together is very calming for me since I can't stand to go through that loss again. Everyday is precious and we hug and cuddle and play all the time. I think it is fate that we were meant to be together...the vet even thinks she may have my same disease.
