Piano music? If I want to listen to a piano I'll search youtube for piano music. I suspect that the software people are using these days to make youtube videos makes it far to easy to put music to a video. I imagine one gets a pop up at some point in the process with "suggestions" for music, one clicks on a radio button, and voila, you've got music for your video.
