Fostering 4 kittens that are 4 weeks old.

We got some kitten milk from the local pet store since they would still be nursing if the mama was still with them. Does anyone know how many times a day I should give them milk. They have other food that they are eating as well.

Have you ever had little ones like that? nt Phoenix61 Mar 2021 #5
No. It was an emergency and they had to be removed from the situation onecaliberal Mar 2021 #6

Call the vet to see how much milk to feed the kitties.

Get a paper towel damp with warm water and rub their bottom until they poop.

this link will give you basic info

This link has week by week, giving you developmental stages and things of which you should be aware.

As each kitten is unique, guidelines will vary slightly (such as weaning age) per individual but are fairly spot on.
here is the link for age week 4

I fostered four last year and loved every minute of it. One was a foster fail and is still with us.

I like how you posted it on Twitter, because there I enlarge the picture, see more detail. Like the kitten's eyes looking out from the "Cow basket?" Your framing and shooting down on them gives a really nice angle to see them all.

Bless your heart for being their foster mom.

This is our first time fostering. They’re all so sweet. I couldn’t let them go to a shelter.
