For years, as soon as I attached the leash to the harness she'd collapse. Then during her last 6 months she suddenly really loved it. In fact, it was harder getting the harness off of her than it was putting it on.
I will give the harness a try with the boys, if only to take them out to experience snow. If they like it then we'll head out more often. If they don't - fine. I HATE snow.
