Loyal dog shows up at church every day after owner dies

Call him Ciccio the Faithful. This 12-year-old German shepherd, who has attended church every day since his owner died in November, used to escort her to church every afternoon when she was alive. Now he heads to Santa Maria Assunta church in San Donaci, Italy, the moment the bells start chiming. Ciccio last accompanied his owner when bearers carried her coffin into the church.

What a wonderful pup. I can't believe no one there (especially the priest) haven't officially adopted him yet. I am glad they are feeding him and giving him water.

3. That dog won't/can't be adopted. He is bound to his mistress in an unbreakable bond.

The best that can be done is to provide him with food and water. The dog is old for a GSD. He will pass soon and be with her on the other side of The Bridge. That's what he's waiting for.
