Not sure why you bring this up.

We DID send guns into Mexico in a law enforcement effort without the permission or knowledge of the Mexican government, yes/no?

Forget Holder's political affiliation, was that right or wrong? I say wrong.

Some of us criticized the government for Wide Receiver as well, similarly botched by the Bush admin, but at least they had the cooperation of Mexican law enforcement.

...you are wrong on this point. The Shrub program was Operation Wide Receiver, and it was shut down in late 2007, well before President Obama took office. Fast and Furious was a separate operation started in October of 2009 and ended in 2011.
