NYC city employees lobbying in Nevada?

As most people know, Bloomberg sent lobbyists to Denver and Carson City. What we don't know, for the most part, were these guys K Street types paid by Bloomberg or NYC city employees paid for by the NYC taxpayers.
Well.....................

City Hall confirmed to POLITICO that Christopher Kocher, who works as a special counsel for Bloomberg’s office, registered as a lobbyist for the 2013 legislative session in Nevada, to push a background checks bill there.

except that
But Nevada lobbying forms show it was not City Hall, but the Mayors Against Illegal Guns Action Fund, for whom Kocher was registered as working. The “action fund” is the 501(c)(4) through which Bloomberg has personally paid for more than $12 million in campaign-style ads against senators who did not back a gun control bill in the Senate, part of a national effort he is waging.

Was he on vacation in Nevada, or being paid by NYC for his time?
Then there are the website server issues, which is obvious to anyone who as been to the website.

When I pinged NYC government and MAIG, I got the same IP address. The domain name is registered to NYC government.

Those who are NYC residents, are you OK with this?

followed this that he was a paid lackey for Bloomberg's MAIG, I said right from the start that MAIG getting involved in Nevada politics was going to badly backfire, Bloomberg refused to believe that Nevada is fiercely independent and doesn't cotton to outsiders, especially a NY'er like him, coming into our state and try to influence our politics, and the rest is history.

the point was NYC taxpayers were paying for it. It is one thing for Bloomberg to pay lobbyists to go to Denver and Carson City. NY's SAFE Act was written by Brady and MAIG lobbyists.
It is another to have a NYC city employee to lobby for MAIG, register as a MAIG lobbyist while on the City's payroll.

right over your head.
And because Bloomberg stepped up, (he didn't really, the city of NY did) a good bill went down in defeat because of the perception that an outsider was influencing NV. politics.
Yeah, that worked out really well, didn't it.
