The victim pulled a handgun from his waistband and fired a shot at the car, hitting the windshield.
Police say that is when Evans got back into the car and the two suspects sped off.

"Innocent bystanders will get shot up by a concealed carry holder if they draw their gun" Any examples of that happening on a regular basis? With almost 20 million permit holders it must be a regular occurrence, right?
"How will the police know who the good guy is, you're as likely to be shot as the criminal." Granted, the police wind up shooting a lot of innocent people, but any concealed carry holders in that group? A few examples, how about one?
Must be frustrating to live in a "would'a" "could'a" world where no gun control can get passed in the Senate.
