Would it be legally valid...

To state in a signed, notarized document that if one were killed by means of a mass shooting, that the only person permitted to touch one’s remains- in the spot where they are splattered-, would be a public official who has advocated publicly for the accessibility of AR15s?

They really don't care, and they want to be armed with those horrible weapons in case everyone comes after them for all the things they've done.

How would someone know to look for the notarized document? What if one is not dead, should the EMT or first responder be able to assist? If one dies mid trip to the hospital, what then? Take the body back and place it where it fell, and call a public official, "who has advocated publicly for the accessibility of AR15s?"?

What if there wasn't a public official locally that held/expressed that position? Would they have to be imported? Maybe hired and kept on retainer?

Think maybe this needs a more adept legal mind to look it over. I'm just asking questions.

To get these horrible people to have to face and interact with the remains of the human beings they were willing not only to sacrifice, but also to decimate. Whatever works.
