What on earth does RKBA stand for?

I'm a stranger to this group, and likely always will be, but for all the moaning that goes on about it, I still have no idea what RKBA stands for. I'd rather not think I'm dumb, but I've tried to sort it out, and I am at least dumbfounded.

Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to google it. With all of the silliness that goes on with different groups here, I suppose I just imagined that it was some DU-specific thing. Thanks for the clarification.
