Wine cap mushrooms

You guys ever grow them?? Tasty grilled. You inoculate straw or wood chips and then after a while you get mushrooms. NOT BAD.

Where are you located?

On Edit: Oh, "Wine" Cap, not "White" Cap. I misread often in old age, which makes me generally miss something pretty significant. Like when I misread Israel and my mind sees Iran. I have to slow down, and read 3 times to get it right.
