Host Hiatus...

Fellow DUers:

I'm sad to say that circumstances in life have intervened, and I'll be spending much less time on DU starting a couple weeks from now -- So this group will need the other hosts (currently Number23, nofurylike, Frenchiecat, onpatrol) to carry the load...

I won't be gone forever; just a lot more occasional lurking and less posting...

I want to thank all of you for your participation, insights, and helping to make this a very headache-free group to host...

2. I've been posting alot less too

And lurking even less. Between the incessant whining and the non-stop complaining, this place has become boring with a capital B. So many interesting people have long since packed up and left.

I hope that whatever you've got going on in the next few weeks is enjoyable and life enriching.

13. Sorry I'd forgotten about this...

As it turns out I didn't lose my job altogether, just "transitioned" and "reorganized" into a less glamorous department with less glamorous responsibilities...But it's certainly better than the alternative!
