There are a lot of injustices in the world, but none quite as evil as racism.
What we're experiencing these days is almost beyond comprehension when you think that we're supposed to be dealing with rational adults.
The problem is buried so DEEP within their sub-consciences that I'm afraid there's no other solution than to TAKE ACTION!
Should we be so privileged as to re-elect this great President, the extreme hatred from the fragile-minded on the "right" could prove to be DEADLY!
We cannot afford to go back in time!
No administration, including this one (of which I support), will be able to silence The U.S. Spring!
The Occupy Movement is just the tip of the iceberg. The real difference will begin to take shape in the form of The Takeover!
Look for signs of it in early spring.

There is NOT going to be a U.S. Spring.
The MAJORITY of Americans do NOT think like the extremists on the right do.
Even the majority of us in the large cities in the South do not think like the GOP/Teapartyers do.
There has always been racism in The USA, and if you look at it in historic terms life now in The USA is nowhere near as bad as it was in the old days. Hell it isn't even near as bad as it was fifty years ago.

(8,053 posts)while a majority of folks in the large cities in the south do not think like gop/tp do, they watch a whole lot of fox news and sit up in churches on sundays being inculcated with wild and fanciful stories about things that need to be "gotten back", like the country and religion, as if they'd ever lost grasp of its control in the first place.
No, it's not as blatant and butchering as it was 100 years ago, but what was once born out on flesh is now and has been for some time born out in legislating and policy-crafting.
This country has a long, long, 100,000,000 light years-long way to go before there is true racial parity.

A lot people will refuse to see the obvious, but their words and actions will always give them away.
Don't worry, the last few gasps of air from the Dinosaurs are all you're hearing now.
