Did anyone else get around to reading Homegoing: A Novel?

We talked about doing it as a book club here, but then I went on vacation and didn't follow up.

I did read the book on planes, trains and in automobiles (well not the last, I get car sick). My reading was scattered due to travel, so interested what others who were able to give it a closer read thought of it.

but Homegoing: A Novel sounds great. I'm adding it to my Kindle today and look forward to starting it as soon as I finish the book I'm reading.
