the African-americans I know, just like me, are getting angrier than we have been our whole lives. Anger keeps us aware and not be lulled by smiles with plenty of gums and teeth with all the racist hate emanating from the eyes. Nelson Mandela, okay.

Family, relationships, art, science, the natural world, being, etc. That we have to spend any time having to justify our existence to others who hate us for superficial and prejudicial reasons is a travesty. It takes us away from the myriad of reasons life is worth living. But we must deal with them if they threaten us. We deal with them to get them out of our way so that we can spend our limited time on the things more near to our hearts and minds.

There are other quotes that stir my soul. If you don't mind, I'd like to share a few.

I hope you have a beautiful Sunday, heaven.
