Although few in number among black men, WTH is up with these...

rich rappers—Kanye, Li'l Wayne, Ice Cube to a certain extent (I'm really disappointed with him), and now game show host Steve Harvey and their dalliances and associations with republicans?

It was announced yesterday that Harvey will assist Pence on Jan. 6 when he presides over, which is normally a formality, the official counting and acceptance of the Electoral College presidential votes. trump, btw, is calling for the proud boys and all their right wing ilk to show up in DC to, I guess, riot in protest that trump actually won the election instead of being defeated in a landslide by 7 million votes?

I don't get it. You don't have to be a republican if you're rich, especaily when, if you are a sentient being and have any kind of awareness, you know how that party treats and legislates against POCs, African-Americans in particular.

4. I hope so. Why would anyone even post such a thing if it's not true?

I mean it's quite a negative thing to be associated with trump and Pence.

But still there are the rappers and those associations are real.

And the sympathizers are willing to support dictators like Hitler in Germany, Idi Amin in Uganda, and Mussolini in Italy. IMHOP, It's a constant uphill battle to maintain democracy.

Baseball Friend would tell me was,it is all about access for a Black Man of Means to be excepted in all White Business World. As well as Social Clubs where their fellow White Pro Athletes are members. As he would say, when you are a Pro Athlete, you world is completely your fellow Players.

It becomes a Stockholm Syndrome thing.

7. Glad to hear that. There was a post here yesterday saying...

he would appear with Pence. The video you posted is from four year ago during the Obama/trump transition.

10. I did look again and saw that was Harvey in the beginning of the video

That didn't look like him so I clicked on the middle of the video and saw the old tape from four years ago. Btw, I'm happy to see that Steve Harvey is on our side. I guess you didn't see the DU post yesterday which said he was going to assist Pence. Whoever posted that needs to take it down as it's misleading.

The rappers however are still a disappointment.
