1. Trivia: Larry Echohawk was the Democratic nominee in 1994
and came within a hair of winning.

Native Americans need to have a MUCH larger presence in our government. This land was theirs first, damn it, and they have a relationship with the land that is the polar opposite of greedy Republican land rapers. I'd love to see more Native Americans involved in politics on every level.
