The origin of Super Villains: Speed Queen

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_Queen_(comics)

Speed Queen first appeared in Hawk and Dove vol. 2 #21 (February 1991), and was created by Karl Kesel, Barbara Kesel and Steve Erwin.

A ruthless thrill-seeker, Speed Queen is a member of the junior Female Furies.[1] Paired with Gilotina, Speed Queen battles Hawk and Dove in competition with Malice Vundabarr and Bloody Mary. Speed Queen is tricked into skating into an explosive boiler, but she survives and immediately attacks the heroes once more. However, Malice and Mary are able to win the competition.

Speed Queen continues with the Female Furies, and battles heroes such as Superboy and Sovereign Seven. She is brutally murdered in Outsiders: Five of a Kind - Martian Manhunter/Thunder by the Infinity-Man that was killing the New Gods in the Countdown series.

Speed Queen is, naturally, a speedster, able to move at incredible velocities on her roller blades.[1]
