... let's face it, anybody they take into their bedroom isn't gonna care much if the hospital corners are tight...

Nowadays, "making your bed" consists of making sure the sheet with the elastic in it (no hospital corners anymore) is covering the mattress, that the pillow is at the head of the bed, and the duvet with the washable "top sheet-like" cover is deployed in an orderly manner.

I would have given my eyeteeth for such a simple system!
