Vibrant
Vibrancy is what you take it for,
is what you take it for,
true.
Do you believe it is pure luxury,
Or, do you take yourself as a fool?
It's a good question for starters.
I enjoyed the day free, I thought about last week,
the night exactly one week before looking out the window
with the snow flakes falling in the darkness
And I felt the warmth inside the small cabin
I felt lucky to see this vibrant beautiful depiction
of cold weather, yet still feeling safe and warm,
which made me feel kind of alone
in solitude somehow.
Was it the past, my own past,
The elevation in the mountains where the snow
falls which was immense, where I do know it still accumulates.
Is it the color of sky, the shades of gray from the fog and the embedded
cloud structures that designs its own realism upon the landscape
that I missed?
I guess it would depend on
my own interpretation
Like today,
watching a collection of birds, mostly ducks and geese,
foster their young, or try their dandiest to mate.
