Smoker kills waitress over cigarette

Police: Waffle House employee killed by customer over cigarette
After an employee asked customer Johnny Max Mount to put out a cigarette he was smoking
he reportedly exited the restaurant,
went to his vehicle to retrieve a gun and re-entered the restaurant, where he shot the employee.
