And even winning we still hold the #3 pick I believe.

Steelers and Patriots don't have high draft picks, but they're able to identify the talent wherever they draft and are contenders year after year.
Look at Cleveland. They have high draft picks year after year, and they stink.

How many top draft picks have they had over the years? Yet, they managed only one Superbowl run, and that was because of Kurt Warner.
