and though Peyton Manning is a MMJ product, Colorado's Amendment 64 allows for the cultivation of up to 6 plants just for recreational use alone. Unfortunately, that's not the case here in Washington state..

It's a billboard promoting a legal product, accurately stating it's safer than alcohol, and suggesting to the NFL it's time to update their policies. I'm also pretty sure the billboard was approved in advance..

I agree they probably don't have a case, but that won't stop them from trying to intimidate the people that put this up. You don't think the NFL will send a lawyer (or at least a letter) down to the people at MarijuanaPolicy.org suggesting that this ad outside a football stadium projects some sort of implied coordination or consent from the NFL, harming their "brand"?

As for the Payton Manning weed, I don't think that lawyer will have a hard time making the case.
