No way will the FIFA Powers That Be have two European countries in the final game...should be "interesting" referee-ing.

And teams hardly ever score more than three goals. Germany scored four in six minutes. I'm glad I watched it live because it will never happen again.

Germany clearly took the air out of the ball with at least 30 minutes left.

They even relaxed on defense the last 15.

. . .it reminded of the Dream Team against Angola. That was another total beatdown that could have been way worse.

I'm not soccer afficianado, but that was surprising given it was a semi-final game. One would think teams would never be this mismatched that late in a tournament.
