Steven Tyler’s scarf better than ‘Star-Spangled Banner’ rendition

By Maggie Hendricks | Shutdown Corner – 57 minutes ago

Steven Tyler, lead singer of the Boston-based, Hall-of-Fame rock and roll band Aerosmith and an "American Idol" judge, was brought in to sing the national anthem before kickoff of the New England Patriots AFC championship game at home. Well, sing is an overstatement.

is his real name. We used to go watch his band in the 60"s all the time in high school. the name of the band was 'Chain Reaction". I am from yonkers as is Steve and he used to play in the Roosevelt High school band with my friend. here is his mugshot for a marijuana bust

Take away the band and that's what you get; stripped down Steven Tyler. That being said, I used to love Aerosmith. Bring on the band and let's rock!

Does anyone expect him to sing like Pavarotti? He is what he is. He is 62 years old and his fans really don't care what he sounds like.
He sucked. But I don't really care, I still love him.
