Dallas residential sales agent Allie Beth Allman has just landed her biggest ever listing.
Allman has been hired to find a buyer for Dallas businessman Tom Hicks’ huge, historic estate in North Dallas. It’s the biggest residential property in Dallas.
The 25-acre spread on Walnut Hill Lane at the Dallas North Tollway is priced at $100 million.
Just the main house is more than 50,000 square feet. There’s also a 6,400-square-foot guesthouse and a 9,194 recreation building with a full size movie theater in the basement.
