Do we need sideline and dugout cameras?



What does a close-up of a strikeout victim or a player who has just fumbled the football add to our understanding of the game. Are we to try and gauge the level of effort from the expressions on their face? Do we have rights as fans to leer at teammates talking in the dugout, especially when the current round of "announcers" are agenda driven morons who have no idea what the players are talking about.

Shoving a camera in the face of a hyped up young athlete after he or she has made a great play is to me, the height of bad taste. I can't look away....
