Patriots owner Robert Kraft: Always satisfying 'saddling' Colts with a loss

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/patriots-owner-robert-kraft--always-satisfying--saddling--colts-a-loss-034337656.html

The Kraft family hasn't forgotten about deflate-gate.

Yes, the New England Patriots are 7-0 and, yes, the win over the Indianapolis Colts is in the rearview mirror. That's the Patriots Way, right? Always looking forward.

But the Krafts appear to make any and all exceptions as it relates to the Colts, whose complaints about ball deflation in the AFC championship game set off a months-long witch hunt by the NFL to smoke out guilt from the Patriots and Tom Brady. They could prove neither, a federal judge ruled, and the Patriots are sparing nothing against their bitter rivals....

"There's nothing more satisfying than saddling the Indianapolis Colts with a loss, something the Patriots did 16 times in Willie McGinest's career," Kraft said.

Get it? Saddling? Colts?

The Indianapolis Colts in conjunction with the Baltimore Ravens organization have filed joint complaints with Commisioner Roger Goodlells Office regrading unfair practices involving the New England Patriots. The Colts and the Ravens are submitting a rule change stating that the Patriots may not be allowed to begin each game with the equal score of zero. Insisting that this gives the Patriots an unfair motivational advantage and a desire to score points, early and often in their games. The recommendation to the rules committee is that the Patriots start all games with a minus 14 point deficit . Should the Patriots overcome the deficit before the other team has the opportunity to score , then an additional minus 7 points shall be added. Phil Simms and Joe Buck , the top two unbiased sports broadcasters in the game today wondered if the rule change would go far enough in protecting the scoring integrity of the game. Mark Brunell was inconsolable at the report and was unable to comment . Troy Aikman said it wasn't enough and had hope for stiffer sanctions . Troy would know about being a stiff.
