This has to have been mentally good for Federer. Nadal? His ego has taken some very large hits. If he is truly healthy I guess we will see if he can fight through that like so many others have.

12. As nasty as this sounds

I really don't want Rafa back. I was OK with him for a while, thought he was odd with the constant picking his butt etc but then he got really odd with the lining up of his bottles, his little service moves that were added to year after year. Hell when he plays my husband, who is OK with tennis but not a real big fan, will say OK....pick your ass, pick your shirt shoulders, wipe the sides of your nose, hair over both ears....etc. I forget how it goes, I can't watch it it makes me crazy. So most of what I don't like about him is how crazy it makes me feel to watch him. It never bothered me this much to watch Marion Bartoli have to hit her racquet against the back wall after every point.

Oh well, it is good to have more up top who can challenge but we were actually doing OK without Rafa. He will be back and he may be back with a vengeance. That is the way of sports

Can't stand him either. ..but the men's game is pretty bad right u. None of the new guys have lived up to their potential.
