In a tie game in the home half of the ninth inning, San Francisco's reserve infielder Connor Gillespie retracts his elbows on an inside pitch in order to get more bat lumber on the ball and drills it into right field. The double, as it was scored, allowed Ramiro Pena to score from second base for the Giants 8-7 walk-off victory over the Phillies.

Hardly noticeable, yet a great split-second adjustment from a player who's been struggling for a permanent place in the show. I love this stuff.
