Premier Boxing Champions EPIC FAIL.
During the first fight (with ESPN, as ever, you only get two fights in two hours 
), reports surfaced of hands being retaped due to gamesmanship among the camps of the fighters in the main event. Sho' 'nuf, said main event was delayed for an eternity of blah-blah-blah. 
Finally it comes on. And then -- second-round KO. It is now about 15 minutes before the hour. Time to squeeze in a 4-rounder? Nope. Sayonara and on to SportsCenter! 
And last Saturday, I had an engagement in SF and so missed the Wilder-Arreola fight (subsequently caught on rerun, including the undercard fight in which the guy fighting a late opponent got a point taken away in the last round for some mouthpiece crap, which ended up costing him a draw! 
), but did settle in in time to catch some of the bonus coverage on FS1. Or so I thought. The scheduled eight-rounder turned into -- you guessed it - a second-round KO. "Good night from Birmingham!"
